GetAvailableOrderIntents
GET/trade/availableOrderIntents
If PreparedTrade contains an availableOrderIntentsToken, this endpoint can be used to update the
available order intents.
It is recommended to poll this (e.g. at a rate of one request per 5s). In a future version updates will be provided over WebSockets.
